Summary:
SPY gapped above the monthly 5pd ma at 201.37 and fought hard around that area before trying to grind. The 202.30-202.60 is next resistance on weekly 15 period ma and stinky 2.50s area. This morning was pure precision trading during the SPY struggle period. We had to trim down UVXY LONG at 38 at 37.90 and re-scale add in at the 37.40-37.20 but got headfaked out half the position for precautionary stop at 38.20 but re-added at 37.70 to bring average back to 37.66 to scale out into the grinds up to 38.30 as the 15 minute SPY went into a mini inverse pup. We hit GPS SHORT at 26.94avg as it sell-faded the SPY firmly with a perfect storm breakdown grind. LVS finally slipped under the 46.79 fib setting it up for a nice SHORT at 46.59avg for a move to the 46.18 fib overshoots to scale out 46.30, 46.12 and 46.25. We hit UVXY LONG at 37.95 for lunch money scalps at 38.18 and 38.30, out + .23 and + .35 on the initial SPY pop to 15min 5 period ma 201.45 rejection on mini inverse pup. The 15-minute stochastic then crossed back up with a 5-minute mini pup thereafter.   We closed out the morning with + $739 profits in the first hour and + $6,778 profits for the week.
