SPY formed a daily mini pup on the make or break but sold off on Friday on anxiety over Greece as the June 30th deadline approaches. The monthly appears to be coiling for a mini pup during the weekly make or break. The is pulling back to the bumper cluster at 210.70-210.50 area. The daily 5 period moving average at 210.70 is critical. If they lean the SPY under that area and then coil it back up through, it will set up a daily mini pup. The daily 5 period moving average also overlaps with the daily 50 period ma. Keep an eye on that area for bounces if SPY can hold above 210.09 area. If they break down through there, then wait for the daily 5 period ma to re-break to the upside before assuming a daily mini pup. Dry climate is here but luckily the earnings gappers have been very, very good to us as long as we pace properly and only strike during the wet climate periods.

<> Stocks to Watch <> : A lot of these are contingent on the SPY. If SPY forms daily mini inv pups, then SCRATCH the LONGS or cut down to shorter time frames. To be safe, make sure that the 60 min stochastics peaks out before taking short positions and short the RETEST FAILURES of the short area bumpers listed. DO NOT SHORT RIGHT INTO THE FIRST TEST if the 60 min is in a mini pup grind up. Get the 15/5 min to slip and 60 min to STALL at least on the stochastics and then position with a good 1 min stochs reversal down. Remember all stocks are anchored by the action of the SPY (or noodles) and contingent on the SPY movement unless there is a strong fade effect in place. * Don’t play breakout longs if the SPY is in a breakdown and vice versa *

*** Most stocks are mirroring the SPY intraday as well as daily. Therefore, track the SPY closely. Make note if your stocks are diverging or not as this could mean it’s a laggard that will ultimately revert to SPY or a fader that will magnify the move once the SPY reverses.

TGT Short – TGT formed a daily star on Friday’s close with a short trigger under 82.90 with a 83.55 trail stop for a tightening back to the 82.15-81.90 daily 5 period ma with secondary targets at 80.90 daily 15 period ma.

LOCO Long – LOCO formed a weekly MSL with a trigger above 21.55 as daily mini pup tries to coil. The daily 5 period ma sits at 20.94. Longs trigger on a 21.60 break or a pullback to the daily 5 period ma around 21.15-20.95, both with a - .45 trail stop for upside to the 22.10-22.50 range.

NYT Long – NYT has a potential perfect storm with a monthly and weekly dual mini pup after the daily make or break can resolve. The monthly 5 period ma sits at 13.80 and weekly 5 period ma at 14.03. The key fibs sita t 17.37, 15.78, 14.39 and 12.05 super fib. Long trigger either a pullback to the 13.85-13.75 area with a 13.24 trail stop or on a breakout through the 14.51 area with a - .28 trail stop for upside target of the 14.97 and 15.38-15.75 targets.

SPY weekly make or break should look to resolve. The daily could coil a mini pup that would align with the monthly mini pup and likely set-up the weekly stochastic to cross up for a pup and subsequent perfect storm. The wildcard is the reaction to Greece as ultimately how this drama unfolds by the deadline on the 30th. Keep it close to the vest and pace yourself properly.
